Having spent more than 30 years working in the industry, I’ve seen huge change to the retail landscape, and have experienced the challenges faced by both global retail brands and local one-store independents. I’ve also watched and been part of the rise of eCommerce within retail.

And I have a proven track record of real success! Working strategically at board level within brands such as Monsoon Accessorize, B&Q, TKMaxx and Life Style Sports among others, I’ve been responsible for strategies that have delivered dynamic growth.

Over the years, I’ve developed a range of strategies aimed at maximising commercial success and overcoming obstacles. And to be fair, the last few years have given us a few – from the rise of online shopping to the Covid-19 pandemic.
